Jennifer In Legal Chest War

The makers of “The Break-Up” want to prevent the rest of the world from seeing what Brad Pitt and Vince Vaughn have already passed on – Jennifer Aniston’s boobs.

Topless photos of the former “Friends” star were posted on the PerezHilton.com Web site earlier this month, and Universal City Studios has filed a copyright-infringement suit against the blog.

The suit, filed Tuesday but made public yesterday on TheSmokingGun.com, says Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, obtained the photo from footage stolen from “The Break-Up,” her 2006 movie with former boyfriend Vaughn.

The snapshot of Aniston, 38, was not included in the final version of the flick, but is included in the court papers with a “redacted” censor mark across her chest.

The lawsuit alleges that Universal City Studios knew Lavandeira was going to post the “misappropriated and illegally copied” pictures Feb. 6, and told him not to run them.

They were posted anyway on Feb. 11 – Aniston’s birthday.

Lavandeira, 28, the self-described “Queen of All Media,” e-mailed a statement from his lawyer claiming that Universal City’s original warning was sent to the wrong address.

“Our client has done nothing wrong,” wrote attorney Bryan Freedman. “When our client first learned that the photograph in question was allegedly stolen and learned of the request that the picture be removed from the site, he removed it.”
